We’ve compiled the most common questions to help you understand our process, services, and how we deliver results. Whether you're just starting or scaling up, find the answers you need right here.
What are the steps I need to take to become a member?
If becoming a part of our group interests you, feel free to visit our club and meet us. This will allow you to assess whether our club aligns with your preferences. We suggest reaching out to us before your visit.

Are there any training or coaching options available for adults?
Yes, despite their skill level, we conduct adult training sessions from 7-8 pm.
Are there any training or coaching options available for children?
Every day, we conduct badminton classes for children with sessions from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. These classes are designed to cater to children at varying skill levels, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced. This will be decided upon the first few assessment sessions that will be initially carried out.
Is the training conducted for both boys and girls together?
Indeed, training sessions are held jointly for both boys and girls.
Are there any etiquette guidelines I should adhere to?
Certainly! We expect all players to display good sportsmanship regardless if they win or lose a match. Using offensive language is prohibited and any repeated violations of this rule may result in being asked to leave the club.
We also encourage our players to shake hands after completing a match as a sign of respect to their opponent.
What can my child expect to learn in these sessions?
This will vary based on your child’s level of experience, whether they are a beginner or more advanced. Fundamental aspects will encompass proper grip, footwork and techniques for efficient court movement.
What are the available payment methods for the lessons at the centre?
We accept both cash and card. Kindly make sure to settle the payment prior to the lesson. The rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
Are the court fees included in your rates?
Yes, the price covers this aspect.

Classes are tailored based on individual abilities. When you visit our centre, our coaches will assess and provide guidance regarding the suitable level for your child.
Is there a reduction in tuition fees for a second child's participation?
No, there is no discount available.
What should I do if my child's skill level surpasses their current class?
The coaches will keep an eye on your child’s progress and determine if a class change is necessary. If you believe your child is advancing more rapidly than others,
kindly speak to our admin team. They will help arrange a meeting with the coach for further discussion.
What surface do you play on?
We conduct our sessions on synthetic courts which minimizes injury risks.
Which type of shuttle do you use for playing?
We use feather shuttles during our play.
What is the appropriate attire for the lesson?
Ideally, it’s advisable to wear a sports outfit that enables unrestricted movement due to the fast-paced nature of the game. Non-marking shoes are compulsory.
What is the length of a training session?
The session lasts for approximately 2 hours.
Is my presence required to watch over my child?
Feel free to stay and observe your child during the session; we welcome your presence. Alternatively, you can simply drop them off and we’re fully capable of looking after them while you’re not here.
Are there any items I should bring along?
Ideally, you must have a bag that consists of ample water, a badminton racket and non-marking shoes.
If my child is part of the county's national squad, how will these lessons contribute to their improvement?
We have a lot of players in our academy that are representing the country internationally. Even these players largely benefit from our highly valuable lessons, as they aid in pinpointing specific areas for improvement through repetitive practice. Furthermore, more advanced skill levels and techniques can be introduced, including aspects like mental attitude, tactics, and deception.
How can I determine the appropriate class for my child to join?
Yes! We provide summer, winter and spring camps. These include three training sessions that comprise free fitness sessions and transportation is available on request. The session timings are determined before the upcoming camp.
If I’m unable to attend a session, do I get a compensatory session?
Unfortunately no, we do not provide any compensatory or any carry forward sessions. There will be no reimbursement provided for that particular session.
What can I expect during my child's first lesson?
Upon entering the badminton court, our coaches will warmly welcome you. Inform them that you are new, and they will guide you accordingly.
The child will be assessed upon their playing skills during the lesson to determine the appropriate class for them.
The initial sessions focus on familiarizing your child with the academy, helping them meet their peers, and generating enthusiasm for the upcoming experience.
What's the process for reaching out to my child's coach?
Please visit the administration team and don’t hesitate to share any concerns you may have. The administrators will then communicate these matters to the coach.
